Green Specters (緑悪霊 Midori Akuryō), also known as Blade Specters are the second type of Specter to appear.

Appearance

Green Specters are, true to their name, a green-skinned variety of the common Specter enemy, although they also have a blue-green and yellow colored pattern on their bodies. The color of their flames are red, and they have no flames on their forearms, but they do have a large blade growing from their left forearm.

Description

Green Specters seem to be the most common type of Specter, as they will appear more consistently than other Specters.

They will first start appearing from Stage 2 onwards, but if the Difficulty Level is high enough (or if the player is on a Hard Mode run, which locks the Difficulty Level to Lv. Die) they can appear in Stage 1.

• Flash-Step: A Green Specter dashes around at high speeds.

Basic Moves

• Wide Slash: A Green Specter slashes upwards horizontally with his arm blade.
• Double Slash: A Green Specter slashes twice with his arm blade.

Special Moves

• Satan Charge: A Green Specter charges forward with a small red-orange spiral in front of him, similar to a Small Fry Leader's Maximum Cyclone.
• Hell Flip: A Green Specter flips over Gene and attacks him.
• Unholy Buzzsaw: A Green Specter curls into a ball and rolls in mid-air towards Gene, trying to slash him with his arm blade.

Tips

• They do not have the counterable grab attack that the Purple and Red Specters preform when behind Gene, so it is important to guard your behind.
